Raw Result - March 30th 2009
Eight Man Battle Royal: Participants-CM Punk, Kane, Mark Henry, Christian, Montel Vontavious Porter, Shelton Benjamin, Kofi Kingston, Finlay
Bet you couldn't guess, but it's a big brawl to start. Finlay avoids a press slam, but gets tossed by Henry anyway. Hornswoggle provides a distraction to Henry, and that allows everyone to toss him. Punk gets Christian nearly out, and Kane tries to dump both to no avail. Everyone but Shelton and MVP team up on Kane in the corner, but he fights them off. Shelton throws MVP to the apron, and MVP then tries to suplex Shelton the floor. He gets him to the apron with him, and Kane delivers a clothesline sending both to the floor. That leaves Christian, Punk, and Kofi with Kane and they team up on him. Kane kicks off everone in the corner, and Punk tosses Kofi. He takes a minute to mock him, and gets an uppercut from Kane. Kane dumps Christian to the apron, but he slides back in. Both Christian, and Punk team up on Kane, but Christian double crosses and tries to throw out Punk. Punk comes back with a knee, and goes for the bulldog. Christian counters and fires Punk onto the apron, but turns into Kane who press slams him over the top taking out Punk in the process and giving him the win at 3:38. After the match Kane grabs the ladder and poses with the briefcase.
Winner: Kane (Last eliminating Punk & Christian simultaneously *)

Monday, March 30th
3/29 WWE in Wichita Falls, Tex
U.S. champion MVP beat Shelton Benjamin to retain the United States Championship. Benjamin gave away the ending by cutting pre-match promo saying that he was going to take "his" U.S. championship back to the Money in the Bank match at WrestleMania. MVP came out to a decent pop, and cut a promo of his own asking why Shelton was so angry. "Is it because he lost 'my' United States championship, or is it because his hairdresser messed his hair up?" That got quite a few chuckles.
This match was decent length and would've been solid on the actual TV program. Benjamin went for Paydirt almost from the get-go, but MVP pushed him off into the turnbuckle. The problem with that move is that if it's countered that way, it looks like a blown spot. Anyway, the match spilled to the outside early, with MVP getting the best of Benjamin until Benjy reversed a whip to send MVP into the steel steps.
Back in the ring, several rest holds were utilized to draw it out a little, with Benjamin having the upper hand most of the time working on MVP's back. MVP made a monster comeback after about a 10-minute beat down and even hit Benjamin with his "Ballin'" elbow. Finish came when MVP nailed Benjamin off the turnbuckle with a big boot to the face and followed it up with the Playmaker for the win. Both guys put on a great display of intensity and athleticism.

WWE SmackDown Report for March 27th, 2009
Finlay, Kane, Christian, and Shelton Benjamin defeated Kofi Kingston, CM Punk, MVP, and Mark Henry at 10:43. Christian and Kofi Kingston started. They worked some back and forth quick moves on each other. Christian hit a reverse DDT for two. Kingston fought back and tagged Punk. Punk hit a couple of shots and then a cross body from the top for two. Christian got a cheap shot in and tagged Finlay. Finlay came in and worked his ground and pound on Punk. Punk flipped Finlay when he charged in and set him up for the GTS. He turned around into a Kane boot. Kane picked up Finlay by his throat and shoved him into a neutral corner and looked up at the first commercial break…[C]
Back from commercial, Punk escaped Benjamin and tagged in Henry. Benjamin went to his corner and tagged Kane and stepped out. Kane tried to shoulder tackle Henry but Henry won, so Kane punched him. Henry got the better of him and tagged in MVP. Kane destroyed MVP and Benjamin tagged himself in. He worked on MVP and locked in a rest hold. MVP fought his way out, but Benjamin flipped him charging in and tagged Kane. MVP managed to get a hot tag to Punk and he took control over Kane. He went to the top and tried for a move, but Kane caught him by the throat and chokeslammed him for the win.

Raw Result - 23rd March 2009
Match Two: Eight-Man Tag Match
MVP, Kofi Kingston, Christian and CM Punk vs. Shelton Benjamin, Kane, Mark Henry and Finlay
MVP and Benjamin start things out and Benjamin hits a quick go-behind, but MVP breaks free and slips into a side headlock. Benjamin whips MVP off into the ropes, but eats a shoulderblock for a one-count. MVP off the ropes but he misses the Drive-By kick and Benjamin hits a German suplex with a bridge for a two-count. Side headlock from Benjamin now and MVP tries a belly-to-back suplex, but Benjamin flips over and hits a forearm to the back. Irish whip from Benjamin gets reversed into a belly-to-belly suplex and MVP tags in CM Punk. Punk with a snap mare and a stiff kick to the back before Benjamin hits a desperation jawbreaker. Tag to Finlay and he forearms Punk in the back before trying an Irish whip. Punk reverses and hits his running knee to the face, but gets cut off by a charging Benjamin before he can hit the bulldog. Punk kicks Benjamin off the apron, but Finlay attacks from behind, working over Punk's legs before we head to the commercial break!
Back from the break, Kane is working over Punk with a chinlock. Punk fights to his feet and hits some right hands, but Kane hits his big uppercut. Irish whip from Kane, but Punk ducks under his legs and hits a spinning back kick nearly in the balls before kicking Kane in the face. Tag to Christian and Kane tags in Benjamin. Benjamin swings and misses and Christian hits him with some right hands, dropping Benjamin onto his back. Irish whip from Christian and he hits a flying forearm before whipping Benjamin into the corner. Monkey flip try from Christian, but Benjamin lands on his feet!! Christian hits a rope-assisted kick and then kicks Benjamin into the second rope, flying over the top rope to hit a big uppercut. Finlay tries a cheapshot from behind, but Christian punches him off the apron before turning back to Benjamin. Christian flips over Benjamin's shoulder as Benjamin tries a powerslam and hits a reverse DDT. All eight men start brawling in the ring and Kane has MVP in the goozle, but Kofi Kingston hits a missile dropkick off the ropes. Mark Henry charges and knocks Kingston down with his running charge, but CM Punk comes off the top with a flying bodypress. Henry catches him and tries for a World's Strongest Slam, but MVP cuts him down with a chop block. Flying splash over the top rope by Punk on Henry. In the ring, Christian hits Benjamin with the UNPRETTIER!! 1....2....3!!
Winners: Christian, CM Punk, MVP and Kofi Kingston (pinfall, Christian's Unprettier on Benjamin) **

WWE RAW Results - March 16, 2009
MVP, CM Punk and Kofi Kingston vs. Shelton Benjamin, Kane and Mark Henry
All six-men are in the ring as Jericho’s segment is over. Finlay, Hornswoggle and Christian are doing commentary as Kofi and Shelton go at it in the ring. The commentary is real distracting. Henry gets tagged in and beats down Kofi some more.
MVP is tagged in and comes in to work over Henry. Henry tags in Kane who comes in and backs MVP into the corner. MVP counters and hits the big running boot in the corner on Kane as the MITB briefcase hangs above the ring. All six-men enter the ring and taunt each other now as the ref tries to regain control. We cut to commercial break.
Back from commercial and Kane is working over Kofi. During the break, Kane dropped Kofi with a huge boot to the face. Kane hits a big slam now for a 2 count on Kofi. Shelton comes in now and continues the assault on Kofi. Shelton hits a big belly to belly suplex and keeps control over Kofi. Kofi finally tags in Punk who comes in off the top and lays out Shelton. Punk with a big kick off the ropes and the big running knee in the corner followed by the bulldog for a 2 count as Kane makes the save.
Kofi and Kane end up on the floor. MVP sends Henry to the floor and hits Shelton from behind. CM Punk catches Shelton in the GTS to get the pinfall and the win.
Winners: CM Punk, MVP and Kofi Kingston

3/13 WWE SMACKDOWN HOUSE SHOW REPORT FROM COLLEGE STATION, TX
WWE UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP: Shelton Benjamin defeated MVP and Chavo Guerrero in a Triple Threat Match.
Chavo entered first to a mixed reaction. The Latinos in the audience were cheering him, while everyone else was booing him. MVP came out surprisingly to very little reaction. I guess some people were not aware that he has turned babyface yet. Benjamin came out to mostly boos. Chavo slid out of the ring, and sat in the chair next to Roberts, and motioned for MVP and Benjamin to fight each other. MVP had his back turned and Chavo slipped in and tried to roll him up for a quick pin, but MVP kicked out. Chavo then jumped out of the ring and went back to his seat. The match alternated with Chavo coming in to fight with MVP, while Benjamin rested. MVP was then knocked outside, while Chavo and Benjamin fought. There was actually a "Chavo" chant at one point during the match. As the match went on, more people started to get into MVP. They popped for the Ballin' pose, followed by a double elbow on his opponents. Benjamin won the match by hitting the Paydirt on Chavo. MVP watched as Benjamin left to his music. Chavo got back up and attacked MVP. He tried to whip him in to the ropes, but MVP reversed it and hit a belly to belly suplex on Chavo, who promptly left the ring. MVP then left to a better pop than the one he came in with.

WWE SmackDown Report for March 6th, 2009
Shelton Benjamin defeated Jeff Hardy at 9:26 by Disqualification. Benjamin started off in control quickly. He ducked a Jeff Hardy cross body attempt, sending Jeff to the floor. Benjamin followed him out, but got his whip reversed and slammed into the rail. Hardy kicked off the steps for a dive onto Benjamin…
Back at a replay from the break showed Benjamin power bombing Hardy into the corner. He hit two back breakers and bent Jeff across his knee. Benjamin kept working on Hardy’s back. Hardy tossed Benjamin out of the ring but he landed on the apron. Jeff tried to suplex him back in but Benjamin flipped into a neck breaker setup but Hardy held onto the ropes and reversed it into a leg drop on the gut.
Matt Hardy made his way to ringside. He climbed to the top of the stairs and watched as Jeff worked on Benjamin. Jeff hit the Whisper in the Wind and the Twist of Fate and Matt entered the ring. The Hardys stared at each other and then Matt punched Benjamin, causing Jeff to be disqualified. He turned his back on Jeff and then walked away…

WWE Smackdown House Show Results (3/1/09) - Glen Falls, New York
Match 6: WWE United States Title Match: Shelton Benjamin vs. The Great Khali
MASSIVE pop for Khali, who is just enormous in person. Benjamin hides next to Justin Roberts to start things. Shelton plays the chicken heel for most of the match, ducking out of the ring at every opportunity. Finish comes when Benjamin evades the Khali chokebomb, escapes the ring, and gets himself counted out. Then Chavo(?) comes out and throws Shelton back in to get chokebombed. So apparently Chavo is a face now? Whatever.
